Boardwalk Empire star Paz de la Huerta failed to live up to her name in NYC last night when she was apprehended after a fight with actress Samantha Swerta. Samantha allegedly took offense to Paz hitting on a male friend at the Standard Spicyel, and made a snide comment about ill-famed party girl Paz’s drinking.

The bitchy barb backfired, though, when Paz flew into a rage and threw her drink at Samantha’s leg, followed by a fist at her face before being escorted out by security. Scandal magnet Lindsey Lohan was, amazingly, the voice of reason in this off-the-wall ménage a trois of celebrity debauchery, tending to Samantha’s bloody leg wound. Samantha and her attorney filed assault charges in New York this morning.
