In an interview with Piers Morgan last night, E! talk show host and comedienne Chelsea Handler finally admitted that she and rapper 50 Cent had a kinship, which Chelesa took pains to emphasize was “very casual” and has now ended.

The admittance comes after a cat-and-mouse game with the media that lasted throughout the fall and winter of 2010, with Chelsea pulling stunts like tweeting a image of the two in bed while officially denying the kinship through her publicist. For his part, 50 Cent was more vocal about the relationship, saying in a March 2010 interview with Vibe magazine: “Chelsea is confident. I think confidence is the sexiest thing about a person.” Guess he couldn’t help getting his 50 cents in!
